360 Assessments
A 360 assessment can give you deep and broad perspective on how others perceive you, where your blind spots may lie, and the impact of your leadership.
How does it work?
I’ll speak to a broad sampling of your leaders, peers, direct reports, partners, and clients, asking them the same questions that you and I co-create. Recording their answers anonymously, I’ll dive deep on topics that I know are important to you, and push them to offer examples and action suggestions. I’ll then write a report highlighting the main themes and including direct quotes, and we’ll meet 1:1 to talk about our takeaways, goals, and action plan.
